Visiting Hours

Welcome to 3 Palms Zoo, where wild adventures await you! Spring & Summer hours are generally from 9 am to 3 pm, with the last entry at 2 pm. However, please note that our hours may vary depending on weather conditions, temperatures, and other factors. To ensure you have the most up-to-date information, we recommend checking our Google Business Page for real-time hours updates, including any days that we may be closed.

For the best experience, we encourage you to plan your visit for early in the day. The animals are more active when the sun is less intense, and you’ll have a better chance to see them in action. Remember, it’s always a good idea to avoid visiting late afternoons, especially on hot and sunny days.

Note: We are closed during inclement weather (rain, snow, excessive heat/cold, etc.) and on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, and Easter Sunday.

Admission Pricing

Get ready to have a roaring good time with our amazing animals! Admission is only $6 per person (no matter the age), and just $1 per scoop for petting zoo food. Bring the whole family! With our EARLY BIRD SPECIAL, kids under 1 year old are free before noon!

We graciously accept donations above admission to support the care and rescue of our furry and feathered friends. And don’t forget to bring cash for easy payment! We also accept cards and tap to pay for your convenience, but a small fee applies.

Schools and organizations are always welcome, just book in advance to secure your spot. Let’s have some wild fun together!

*Credit and debit transactions generally cost between $1 and 4% of the transaction amount, more than cash transactions. PAY WITH CASH AND SAVE!

Tips for a Fun Filled Day

• Bring your crew and enjoy a day full of laughter and adventure at the zoo! It’s the perfect way to spend quality time with the people you love.  The more, the merrier!
• Visit the zoo early for a more immersive and educational experience. The animals are most active and the temperature is cooler in the morning, plus animal keepers are often available to answer your questions.
• Keep an eye on the weather and pick a day with pleasant temperatures for maximum enjoyment.
• Play by the rules to keep the animals happy and healthy, and keep yourself safe too.
• Get up close and personal with the animals by purchasing some petting zoo food and asking the staff fun and interesting questions.  We are happy to introduce you to some of our animal friends!
• Get ready to have a blast spending at least an hour hanging out with the animals!
