Refund & Cancellation Policies
General Policy: No Refunds. All sales are final unless otherwise noted below.
Traveling Events & Field Trips: We understand that schedules change. Deposits for Traveling Events and Field Trips may be refunded provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled event.
- How to Cancel: Cancellations must be processed by replying to your original booking email or by visiting our Contact Page.
Merchandise & Shipping
Warranty Policy: No warranties expressed, implied, or otherwise.
Shipping & Returns:
- Costs: If a return or exchange is authorized, the customer assumes all costs for shipping items back to 3 Palms Zoo, as well as the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the customer.
- Method: All replacement or exchanged products are shipped via UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of any shipping upgrade must be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
