Animal Feeding Package

For the dietary health and safety of our animals, feed scoops are strictly limited to a maximum of 30 per group. If your group requires more feeding opportunities, we highly recommend adding bamboo! Bamboo is a healthy, universally enjoyed treat that all of our animals—including our rabbits and prairie dogs, Chip and Dale—can safely eat.

Guest Conduct & Liability Agreement

By submitting this booking, the party organizer agrees to the following:

Group Responsibility: The party organizer assumes responsibility for the conduct of all guests attending this event.
Zero Tolerance for Animal Harassment: 3 Palms Zoo is a rescue sanctuary. Any harassment of the animals — including chasing, crowding, or unauthorized feeding — will result in the immediate removal of the responsible party without a refund.
Headcount & Payment: Final headcount and any outstanding balance are due upon arrival. Guests arriving beyond the booked count will be charged at the gate rate.
