💳 Why does FunFull ask for a credit card during trial setup?

FunFull is an independent, third-party family membership service. 3 Palms Zoo is a participating partner venue that grants free entry to active members, but FunFull is not owned, operated, or administered by the zoo.

Because FunFull is an ongoing subscription club, their system requires a card on file to verify your identity and start your trial account.

Will you be charged today? No! Activating your FunFull Free Trial is $0.00 today, which unlocks free admission to 3 Palms Zoo and other partner venues during your trial period.

Can I cancel anytime? Yes. If you only want to try FunFull for your zoo visit and choose not to keep the ongoing monthly membership, you can easily cancel anytime directly inside the FunFull app (Account → Manage Subscription → Cancel) before the trial period ends.

Is FunFull a program of 3 Palms Zoo?
No. FunFull is an independent, third-party entertainment membership program. 3 Palms Zoo is a proud participating partner that welcomes active FunFull members with free admission. 3 Palms Zoo does not manage FunFull accounts, billing, app settings, or subscriptions.
Can I just show the text message at the ticket window?
No. Because FunFull is an independent app-based membership, our gate staff cannot grant entry from a text message alone. You must open the text link from FunFull, complete the trial setup in their app, and display your active membership/pass screen at admissions.
What if I didn't get the second text from FunFull?
Our zoo team manually processes and generates each pass request. Look out for a separate text directly from FunFull with your personal link shortly after requesting. If you still have not received it, check your spam/unknown sender folder or contact FunFull Customer Support directly at (888) 386-3855.
What if I prefer not to use FunFull?
No problem at all! General admission is always available at the gate for all guests. View our regular Admission & Hours or Get Directions to plan your visit.
