Entry Instructions
- Digital or Printed: You can show your tickets on your mobile device or bring a printed copy. Both work perfectly!
- Check-in: Please have your tickets ready to scan as you approach the admissions entrance.
- Validity: Tickets are valid for any event date, "weather permitting," as determined by 3 Palms Zoo. No re-entry is permitted once you have left the premises.

- Respect The Animals: Let them come to you. Chasing, harassing, or hitting the animals is strictly off-limits.
- Caution & Safety: Keep fingers safe. Some friendly animals, like our donkeys, can bite if you aren't careful.
- Keep It Calm: Slow down. Running or horseplay can startle the animals.
- Do Not Feed the Alligators: They are on a strict diet managed by staff. Throwing objects into the pond is strictly prohibited.
Note on Refunds: As agreed during checkout, all ticket sales are final. We are unable to provide refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If the zoo must cancel an event due to weather, your ticket automatically becomes a credit valid for a future date.
